Rent-A-Tent is a family-run party rental company started by Jack Reinard. We are based out of Saint James, NY. We're dedicated to serving all of Long Island. No matter how far away your event is we'll be there! We specialize in all kinds of events ranging from backyard BBQs to corporate parties. We serve all areas of Suffolk County and Nassau County. For events further afield, please contact us to discuss your requirements and how we can assist.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season from March-September. This ensures the best selection and availability for your event date. A general rule is at least 3 months in advance, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on inventory availability.
Do you provide other party supplies and equipment besides tents?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive range of party supplies including tables, chairs, lighting, and décor items. We can outfit your event with everything needed to create the perfect atmosphere.
